智通财经APP讯，中国创新投资(01217)发布公告，公司已于2025年3月1日与国金证券(香港)有限公司(国金证券)订立新投资管理协议。国金证券同意出任公司的投资经理并向公司提供投资管理服务，由2025年3月1日起至2028年2月29日止，为期3年，并将于每次期满后延期3年。
董事认为，国金证券可以提供专业的投资管理服务并履行其作为公司投资经理的职责，而且是次变更投资经理，关键负责人陈昌义及唐焱没有变更，仍然是现有投资经理恒大证券的投资管理团队。在投资经理并没有发生实质性改变下，唐焱加上张鹏图作为国金证券的负责人员，因此谨委任国金证券为公司的投资经理。
