EDA Group to Partner with Saudi Infrastructure Firm for AI-Ecommerce System in Middle East

EDA Group (HKG:2505) agreed to cooperate with Saudi Arabia's Naif Aiedh Almutairi For Contracting to invest in, develop, and operate modern logistics parks in the Middle East, aiming to establish a cross-border e-commerce logistics ecosystem in the region.

The parties will integrate artificial intelligence and e-commerce infrastructure in the region under a deep strategic cooperation agreement, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Naif Aiedh Almutairi will be responsible for the overall planning and implementation, while the company will provide AI tech support, deploy large models locally, and integrate warehouse operations and customer resource integration.

The company seeks to enhance its market reach and access to new opportunities through the cooperation.
