【#雀巢收购徐福记剩余40%股权#，或将实现全资控股】#雀巢或将对徐福记实现全资控股#时隔13年，雀巢再出手收购。据雀巢官网，3月3日，雀巢表示已与徐氏家族达成协议，收购徐福记剩余40%的股份。

早在2011年，雀巢就以17亿美元的价格收购了徐福记60%股权，成为其控股股东。此次收购剩余股权，意味着雀巢将实现全资控股徐福记。

在2024年财报中，雀巢同样写道，基于徐福记和脆脆鲨的稳健增长，以及新品上市和电商增长的推动，公司糖果业务实现了中个位数的增长。

2024年，在大中华区的全部销售额中，糖果业务占比为16.1%，在全球销售额中，糖果业务的占比则是9.2%。但从另一角度来说，这也意味着扩展的空间较大。而且涵盖糖、巧克力、饼干、零食等品类的糖果业务正是驱动雀巢2024年业绩增长的关键因素之一。（时代财经）
