3月3日晚，国泰君安公告，换股吸收合并海通证券并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项已获证监会核准批复，换股实施股权登记日为2025年3月3日。

3月4日上午，有投资者表示，炒股软件中持有的海通证券A股股票已不再显示，持有的100股海通证券A股股票已转换为62股国泰君安A股股票。截至发稿，国泰君安涨超3%。（时代财经 金子莘）
