　　美东汽车（01268）早盘股价持续走高，现涨12.68%，报2.31港元，成交额3644.02万港元。

　　消息面上，美东汽车发盈警，预期2024年年度的公司权益股东应占亏损约人民币23亿元，对比2023年年度去得的权益股东应占溢利约人民币1亿元。

　　此外，公告指出，2024年末现金及现金等价物净额比2023年末增加，来自营运活动的现金录得净流入。该集团现金流健康，并已经在20251月13日提早以现金赎回由该集团成员Sail Vantage Limited发行于2027年到期的27.5亿港元零息有担保可换股债券。董事会认为整体财务状况稳健良好，将会在充分考虑派息政策、资金需求和其他相关情况后考虑以分红或回购股份等形式为股东带来回报和价值。
