陆控(06623.HK) 公布，截至周一(3日)，审计委员会正在对公司的候选继任核数师进行评估。股东于股东大会上批准建议委任后，公司将视乎继任核数师的意见及接纳程序，与继任核数师合作，对公司截至2022年、2023年及2024年12月31日止年度的财务报告进行审计。
公告指，由于继任核数师需要时间完成审计工作，或会导致陆控可能延迟刊发2024年年度业绩。另外，应陆控要求，其普通股已于今年1月28日起在联交所停牌，并将继续暂停买卖。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
