消息面上，2月28日，锦艺集团控股发布截至2024年12月31日止六个月中期业绩，收益8929.6万港元，同比增加27%；股东应占溢利2658.7万港元，上年同期股东应占亏损3829万港元，同比扭亏为盈；每股基本盈利0.99港仙。

公告称，溢利于中期期间大幅增加乃主要由于一次性终止租约的收益约港币3.03亿元及取消确认投资物业的递延税项负债拨回约港币1574.1万元，由取消确认投资物业的亏损约港币2.76亿元抵销；及议价收购一间中国附属公司的收益约港币1057.6万元。
