　　安科系统（08353）复牌高开逾26%，截至发稿，涨26.25%，报1.01港元，成交额68.18万港元。

　　消息面上，3月3日，安科系统及要约人Management Reports International Pte Ltd联合公布，于2025年3月3日（交易时段前），要约人请求董事会向计划股东及购股权持有人提呈该建议，涉及：要约人建议根据《公司法》第210条，以该计划方式透过建议收购所有计划股份将公司私有化；及根据收购守则规则13作出购股权要约，该购股权要约将于该计划根据其条款生效后，方可作实。每股计划股份计划对价1.10港元，较股份于2025年2月28日（即最后交易日）在联交所所报的收市价每股0.80港元溢价约37.5%。

　　据悉，要约人于1997年10月2日在新加坡注册成立，为MRI的全资子公司，主要从事房地产软件业务。
