美国亚特兰大联邦储备银行总裁博斯蒂克（Raphael Bostic）周四表示，特朗普政府的新政策正在使美国经济陷入“难以置信的动荡中”，这使得美联储不太可能在春末或夏季之前有足够的清晰度来调整利率。“现在有很多过渡正在发生，在这种过渡时期，很难知道事情究竟会如何发展，”博斯蒂克在一次活动上说。

　　他列举了一系列问题，包括关税、贸易政策、不可预测的通胀反弹、消费者信心转向负面、移民政策及其对劳动力的影响、能源政策、税收政策、联邦支出和地缘政治。“如果在春末或进入夏季之前，我们能得到很多清晰的信息，我会感到很惊讶，”他说。“我们必须耐心等待。”

　　美联储将于3月18-19日召开下一次政策会议。预计决策者将把短期借贷成本维持在目前的4.25%-4.50%区间。
