消息面上，据3月5日市场消息报道，同道猎聘集团旗下猎聘宣布完成一项里程碑意义的升级：猎聘B端产品企业版正式升级为AI版本，面向企业推出全新AI账号产品。据介绍，此次升级突破了传统招聘工具的功能边界，构建了覆盖职位需求梳理、人岗智能匹配、简历搜寻评估、人才邀约沟通的全流程AI Agent，标志着猎聘正式从传统互联网在线工具升级为AI工具，实现从信息赋能工具到智能代理工具的生态跃迁。
猎聘AI账号的核心产品矩阵目前主要包括智能邀约(AI邀约)、 简历快读(AI快读)、 意向人选等。其中，AI智能邀约打破了传统岗位的曝光逻辑和人才搜索逻辑，通过大模型匹配和文本匹配让算法不再止于传统简历关键词的机械匹配，从而实现人才搜索半径的扩展。依托亿级实时更新的简历数据库，AI智能邀约可自动完成职位需求拆解、跨职能人才匹配、个性化沟通话术生成及AI邀约等全流程决策，单次最高可完成1500人的精准触达。
