智通财经APP讯，永利地产发展(00864)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得亏损净额约2.33亿港元至约2.35亿港元，而2023年则取得亏损净额约4710万港元。此主要是由于集团投资物业的公平值于截至2024年12月31日止年度的减少净额较高，而2023年的减少净额则较低。
集团亦预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得其他全面开支约3900万港元至约4100万港元，而2023年则取得其他全面开支约620万港元。此主要是由于2024年的该基金及基金物业的公平值减少。
有关未实现估值变动将不会重新分类至损益，为非现金项目，并不影响集团的日常营运及现金流。预期截至2024年12月31日止年度的全面开支总额将约2.73亿港元至约2.75亿港元，而2023年的全面开支总额则约为5330万港元。
