　　亿华通（02402）公布，截至本公告日期，相关各方仍在积极推进本次以发行A股股份方式购买定州旭阳股权并募集配套资金的各项工作，该公司预计无法在2025年3月6日（星期四）起恢复交易。鉴于建议交易尚存在不确定性，为确保资料披露公平，维护投资者权益，避免对A股股价造成重大影响，根据上交所的相关规定及经公司要求，A股将自2025年3月6日（星期四）起继续暂停交易，时间不超过五个上交所交易日。于A股暂停交易期间，公司在联交所上市的H股将继续进行交易。该公司将适时作出进一步公告及申请恢复A股交易。
