智通财经APP讯，联合能源集团(00467)发布公告，本集团预期录得截至2024年12月31日止年度股东应占未经审核综合净利润约14.0亿港元至16.5亿港元之间，较截至2023年12月31日止年度股东应占经审核综合净亏损约17.07亿港元，由亏转盈，主要由于2023年所发生的一次性储量减值及一次性勘探干井核销总额共约43.87亿港元(税后)， 而2024年的减值及干井核销金额大幅减少且营运于本年平稳。
