董事会获非执行董事何震发先生知会，于2025年3月7日(交易时段后)，彼已就委任接管人与贷款人就已押记股份订立和解协议。因此，已押记股份的接管人将会退任，而已押记股份将根据上述和解协议参照分期付款时间表于悉数清偿协定金额后解除押记。
董事会谨此强调，上述接管事宜及订立和解协议不涉及公司本身或其资产，而公司目前的业务及营运如常。
