　　京基金融国际（01468）发布公告，于2025年3月6日，公司与Nobias Media Sàrl（潜在卖方）就可能收购Jakota Capital AG（Jakota Capital）100%已发行股本订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。可能收购事项为公司扩展国际业务资源及市场渗透率、扩阔投资组合、增强股权支持并在其他行业的资产管理相关领域加强金融服务供应的战略机会。

　　据悉，Jakota Capital为投资及商务服务公司，为日韩台地区内及中国香港专门从事跨境交易及投资的商业银行公司。
