美国银行首席执行长莫伊尼汉（Brian Moynihan）说，随着日本经济在经历了几十年的通缩后开始复苏，他愿意在日本增加员工。莫伊尼汉周五在东京接受采访时说，价格和工资增长的回归、利率上升和企业改革正在刺激该国的经济活动。“我们会雇佣内部员工，但如果不够，我们会从世界各地招人，”他说。“东京是一个令人兴奋的城市，所以吸引人们来这里并不难。”

　　莫伊尼汉加入了众多金融业领袖的行列，他们对日本经济的复苏表示赞赏，因为日本企业正迫于压力为股东增加价值。通货膨胀的回归促使更多家庭考虑将储蓄用于投资，这为资产管理公司和经纪商提供了机会。

　　莫伊尼汉说：“总的来说，令人兴奋的是利率结构的变化，一个30年来没有通货膨胀的国家的通货膨胀。”“这改变了人们的态度。”他说。

　　这家总部位于北卡罗来纳州夏洛特的银行在日本拥有约800名员工，涉及企业和投资银行以及财政服务等领域。
