Hans Group (HKG:0554) obtained new loan facilities of up to HK$2.80 billion from China CITIC Bank International (HKG:0998, SHA:601998).
The facilities include a term loan facility of up to HK$2.00 billion and a revolving loan facility of up to HK$800 million.
The new facilities will be used to refinance the group's existing loan facilities of HK$1.80 billion with the bank and for general and working capital of the group.
Shares of the company were down nearly 5% on Thursday's close.
