智通财经APP讯，汤臣集团(00258)发布公告，预期集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的股东应占除税后综合溢利将较2023年同期的4268万港元取得大幅增长约310%至320%。
预期取得集团的综合溢利增长，乃主要与集团于中华人民共和国上海市的物业发展及投资业务有关。集团就终止有关出售公司旗下一家从事物业发展的全资附属公司的100%股权的交易而没收了定金。此外，集团根据适用的会计准则对位于上海市的投资物业在回顾年度完结日的市值进行评估而取得未变现重估盈余，相反于在2023年同期集团取得投资物业重估亏损。
