智通财经APP讯，罗马元宇宙集团(08072)发布公告，于2025年3月6日，公司与澄迈钧立橡胶有限公司(合作方，一间于中国内地的有限公司)订立谅解备忘录，内容有关与合作方加强并落实直接投资和共同投资项目，涵盖生物科技，智慧生产技术及绿色科技等领域，同时加强农业学术，智慧科技，绿色环保技术和国际交流合作，共同推动“中外”绿色科技农业发展。
公告称，通过订立谅解备忘录，双方可利用彼此的竞争优势、资源及专业知识，建立稳定而互利的伙伴关系。而可能合作事项一旦落实，将助力集团提升集团业务多元化，带来潜在的销售增长，此举符合公司及股东的整体利益。
