消息面上，雍禾医疗发布业绩预告，预期去年净亏损同比收窄不低于约55%。主要归因于去年通过优化门店网络布局，关闭和整合低效门店，并将资源集中于核心门店，显著提升营运效率；自主研发的连锁医疗管理系统“禾帆”全面落地，实现多流程精细化管理。该些举措使毛利润和毛利率较2023年同期分别增长约7%至10%和3至5个百分点。
此外，集团实施精细化营销策略，通过大数据分析动态调整营销渠道，有效提高获客转化效率及投入产出比；同时，精简组织架构以提升团队效能。这些措施在提高效率的同时有效控制了成本，使得销售及营销开支率和一般及行政开支率较2023年同期分别下降约8.0%至9.0%和5.0%至6.0%。
