新浪科技讯 3月6日晚间消息，叮咚买菜发布了2024年第四季度财报及全年业绩数据。财报显示，第四季度，叮咚买菜GMV为65.5亿元，同比增长18.4%；收入59.1亿元，同比增长18.3%。在Non-GAAP标准下，该季度实现净利润1.2亿元，同比增长6倍以上；GAAP标准下也实现了0.9亿元净利润，净利润率1.6%。

　　2024年全年，叮咚买菜实现GMV 255.6亿元，同比增长16.3%；收入实现230.7亿元，同比增长15.5%。在Non-GAAP标准下，实现净利润4.2亿元，同比增长8倍以上，这是叮咚买菜首次实现全年GAAP标准下的盈利。

　　与此同时，叮咚买菜宣布，董事会已授权实施股份回购计划，根据该计划，公司可在2026年3月5日之前回购至多2000万美元的股份。此次回购计划也是在2024年1月29日公告的回购计划之后，再一次进行回购。

　　叮咚买菜表示，鉴于对公司充足现金储备和现金流的信心，以及目前稳健的经营情况，公司预计将从现有现金余额中为回购提供资金。
