智通财经APP讯，意力国际(00585)发布公告，集团预期将于2024财政年度取得净亏损介于约1800万港元至2000万港元，而2023年同期财政年度取得净亏损约1500万港元。
2024财政年度的净亏损预期增加主要由于下列因素：来自证券经纪及放债业务的收入减少;及应收保证金贷款及应收贷款的减值拨备增加。 前述亏损增加已因出售分类为持作买卖上市股本投资的已变现收益净额以及分类为持作买卖上市股本投资公平值变动而产生的未变现亏损减少而被部分抵销。
