智通财经APP讯，协合新能源(00182)发布公告，于2025年3月6日，高邮聚合(公司全资附属公司)及招商租赁协定融资租赁安排，据此，招商租赁将向高邮聚合购买设备，购买价为人民币2.77亿元，并将设备租回予高邮聚合，且高邮聚合需按季支付租赁款。
设备指用于发电站的若干太阳能发电设备(包括组件、升压站附属设施、电缆及其他太阳能设备)。
