智通财经APP讯，智勤控股(09913)公布，有关信伟出售7000万股股份，于2025年3月6日，信伟完成出售事项且紧随出售事项完成后， (i)买方于7000万股股份拥有权益，相当于公司已发行股本7%，并继续为公司主要股东;及(ii)信伟于约3.77亿股股份拥有权益，相当于公司已发行股本约 37.67%，且仍为公司控股股东。
