星展发表报告表示，置富产业信托(00778.HK) 去年下半年整体续租租金调整率维持中单位数负数，受超市、幼稚园、中式酒楼及地产代理租户减少影响，并抵销快餐店、服务及教育租户的续租租金正增长。地产代理及幼稚园经营环境近期改善，受惠房地产市场政策放宽及新进驻租户提升房屋及教育需求，加上到期租户减少，预示著未来一年复归增长趋势将逐步改善。
