消息面上，国华公布，其全资附属公司AI集团与达闼将通过重组在香港合资成立香港仔机器人，在香港及海外发展与人形机器人智能技术及产品有关的业务营运。据悉，合作方达闼机器人是全球领先的云端机器人创造者，具备“具身智能云端大脑+人形机器人”软硬件一体的独角兽公司。
智通财经APP在《成立香港仔机器人，国华（00370）按下人工智能转型加速键》中指出，香港仔机器人的火速落地充分向市场证明了公司管理层的决策力和执行力，以及加大人工智能转型的决心。作为人形机器人领域的新军，国华或将主要资源及精力都放在香港仔机器人的高质量发展上。据披露，香港仔机器人将在香港科学园设立港仔机器人研究院，负责研究人形机器人在不同领域的应用、大数据模型训练、AI代理设计，以及向外部人士推广香港仔机器人的业务；同时在香港设立并营运人形机器人的生产线，由达闼在技术层面提供全方位支持。
