智通财经APP讯，海天地悦旅(01832)发布公告，董事会预期2024财政年度集团将取得公司股东应占亏损约1900万美元，而截至2023年12月31日止财政年度公司股东应占亏损约为2300万美元，亏损减少约17.4%。
根据董事会目前可得资料，2024财政年度预计亏损减少主要是由于收益增加。集团2024财政年度的收益约为4,280万美元，而2023财政年度收益则为3680万美元，收益增加约16.3%。有关收益增加是由于关岛及塞班的旅游市场逐步恢复，以及香港至塞班的直航班次自2024年四月起复飞，令集团的酒店及度假村(尤其是Crowne Plaza Resort Guam及Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan)的入住率及平均房价上升。除收益增加外，集团管理层持续实施有效的成本节省措施及改善营运效率，亦为2024财政年度经营亏损减少作出贡献。具体而言，员工成本较去年减少约130万美元，以及餐饮成本亦较去年减少约60万美元。
董事会亦谨此指出，所述公司股东应占亏损金额已计及多项非现金项目，包括但不限于确认与集团资产相关的折旧及摊销开支约1060万美元以及Kanoa Resort资产减值拨备约370万美元。就Kanoa Resort而言，应注意集团正在就重续土地租赁与北马里亚纳群岛联邦政府进行磋商，并计划在塞班的旅游市场恢复明朗前进行酒店的翻新及品牌重塑。
