根据董事会目前可得资料，2024财政年度预计亏损减少主要是由于收益增加。集团2024财政年度的收益约为4,280万美元，而2023财政年度收益则为3680万美元，收益增加约16.3%。有关收益增加是由于关岛及塞班的旅游市场逐步恢复，以及香港至塞班的直航班次自2024年四月起复飞，令集团的酒店及度假村(尤其是Crowne Plaza Resort Guam及Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan)的入住率及平均房价上升。除收益增加外，集团管理层持续实施有效的成本节省措施及改善营运效率，亦为2024财政年度经营亏损减少作出贡献。具体而言，员工成本较去年减少约130万美元，以及餐饮成本亦较去年减少约60万美元。
