观点网讯：3月6日，东方证券股份有限公司公告称，公司关于向专业投资者公开发行永续次级公司债券获得中国证监会注册批复。

根据公告，东方证券此次发行的永续次级公司债券规模不超过100亿元，发行对象为专业投资者。批复编号为证监许可〔2025〕370号。公司将严格按照报送上海证券交易所的募集说明书进行发行，并在批复同意注册之日起24个月内有效。在此期间，东方证券可以分期发行永续次级公司债券。
