易生活控股(00223.HK) 公布，董事会于周二(4日)议决暂停非执行董事郭伟的董事职务及职权，自同日起生效，原因是郭伟无视其作为董事之职责，并无根据收购守则规则之规定就确保回应文件所载资料之准确性承担全部责任；以及自今年2月21日起在无明确原因下再无与公司管理层联系，即使该公司已连续不断尝试联系。
