　　G.A．控股（08126）发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止的年度审计尚未开始，原因是所需的审计费用尚未支付。预计在支付所需的审计费用后，公司的审计师将于2025年5月底完成集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩审计工作。基于上述原因，公司预计无法在2025年3月31日或之前公布2024年度业绩，并寄发该期间的年报。公司董事会会议以批准2024年度业绩等事宜将因此延期。
