AGREEMENT TO EXIT DESTINATION BRISBANE CONSORTIUM AND CONSOLIDATE STAR'S POSITION AT GOLD COAST
WILL DISPOSE OF ITS 50% EQUITY INTEREST IN DESTINATION BRISBANE CONSORTIUM
WILL ACQUIRE JV PARTNERS' INTERESTS IN DORSETT AND ANDAZ AT STAR GOLD COAST
AN UPFRONT CASH PAYMENT OF A$53 MILLION UNDER TRANSACTION
