格隆汇3月7日丨远东宏信(03360.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司收入总额为人民币377.49亿元，同比减少0.55%；公司普通股持有人应占年内溢利为人民币38.62亿元，同比减少37.63%，基本每股收益为0.92元，拟派末期息每股0.30港元。
在营业收入方面，充分体现多元经营的综合优势。集团2024年合并收入人民币377.49亿元，总体略降0.55%。其中，传统金融业务受经济下行、有效需求不足的影响，总体收缩，同比下降8.47%。但公司在普惠金融方向健康持续展业，同比增长50.90%，同时产业运营方面总体稳定，有效对冲了金融主业波动的影响。
截至2024年12月31日，公司资产总额人民币3,603.90亿元，其中生息资产人民币2,606.41亿元，同比减少3.14%。虽然面对复杂外部环境主动收缩，但不良资产和拨备总额等持续保持稳定，并且趋势预判可控；其次，公司在2024年间持续加大风险资产核销、低效资产处置、并控制长期资本投入，保持了一贯稳健的流动性水平。截至2024年12月31日，公司合并资产负债率84.05%、速动比率(1)1.05，均保持在安全稳定的范围内；另外，公司持续巩固一贯的久期匹配、利汇率风险对冲、资产风险拨备等谨慎的财务政策，确保总体财务结构基础稳健。
