智通财经APP讯，筑友智造科技(00726)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占净亏损3.16亿港元相比，集团预期取得截至2024年12月31日止年度拥有人应占净亏损约4.6亿港元。
截至2024年12月31日止年度的预期亏损主要归因于(1)销售预制装配式建筑组件与装饰及园林服务的收入减少约56%，以及各业务活动产生的毛利率减少，原因是受行业环境影响，工厂产能利用率下降，营收下降，单位固定成本增加及(2)装饰、园林因业务调整，暂停承接新订单。
