中国中铁(00390.HK) 公布，面向专业投资者公开发行面值总额不超过600亿元人民币(下同)的公司债券，已于去年6月19日获得中国证监会注册批复。
公告指，本次债券采取分期发行的方式，其中中国中铁2025年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新可续期公司债券(第一期)为注册文件项下第20期发行，本期债券发行规模为不超过30亿元。每张面值为100元，发行价格为每张100元。
本期债券分为两个品种，品种一基础期限为5年，以每5个计息年度为1个周期，在每个周期末，发行人有权选择将本品种债券期限延长1个周期，或选择在该周期末到期全额兑付本品种债券；品种二基础期限为10年，以每10个计息年度为1个周期，在每个周期末，发行人有权选择将本品种债券期限延长1个周期，或选择在该周期末到期全额兑付本品种债券。(js/w)
