智通财经APP讯，高裕金融(08221)发布公告，董事会建议将公司股本中每50股已发行及未发行现有股份合并为1股合并股份。于本公告日期，共有23.8亿股已缴足或入账列作缴足的已发行现有股份。假设自本公告日期起至股东特别大会日期止将不会进一步发行或购回现有股份，则待股份合并生效后，将有4760万股已缴足或入账列作缴足的已发行合并股份。
于本公告日期，现有股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位为20000股现有股份。董事会建议，待股份合并生效后，将于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由20000股现有股份更改为5000股合并股份。
