格隆汇3月7日丨郑州银行(06196.HK)发布公告，有关建议委任张继红及卫志刚为本行非执行董事，王宁及萧志雄为本行独立非执行董事。本行已收到国家金融监督管理总局河南监管局下发的正式批复文件，核准上述人员的任职资格。张继红及卫志刚担任本行第八届董事会非执行董事的任期、王宁及萧志雄担任第八届董事会独立非执行董事的任期自2025年3月3日起生效，至第八届董事会任期届满之日止。
