1-2月，公司累计合同销售(连同合营及联营公司项目的合同销售)金额约为人民币128.27亿元，同比上升约23.8%，累计合同销售面积约为34.84万平方米，同比下降约6.7%。
2025年2月，公司的附属公司透过与其他方组成的联合体，通过公开挂牌方式取得上海市一幅地块约48.45%的实际权益。该地块位于上海市浦东区杨思板块，规划总可建筑面积合共约104,369平方米，规划用途为三类住宅用地。代表公司实际权益的土地价款约为人民币 24.66亿元。
