恒地(00012.HK) 牵头发展的九龙城“南首”设有17伙特色户。恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，近期接获不少特色户的查询，预计周内上载新一份销售安排，部署下周推出6至8伙透过招标形式发售。
他续指，项目至今已推出236伙发售，占单位数目约75%，其余单位将于次轮销售后逐步加推，并有加价空间，幅度约为2至3%。
