恒大物业预告2024年未经审计综合收入约126.5亿元至128.5亿元
3月7日，恒大物业（06666）发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度，本集团未经审计综合收入约为126.5亿元至128.5亿元，较2023年度的约124.87亿元增长约1.3%至2.9%。该增长主要得益于公司坚持多品牌发展策略，市场拓展强劲，物业管理服务收入持续增长，同时社区生活服务和资产管理服务收入也实现了快速增长。
然而，预计同一期间本集团未经审计净利润约为9.8亿元至11.2亿元，较2023年度的约15.64亿元下降约37.3%至28.4%。下降原因包括法律诉讼费用、提前确认坏账损失所产生的滞纳金，以及对信用风险显著上升的第三方客户的谨慎收入确认方式等非经营性支出。此外，市场环境影响了社区运营服务业务的预期表现。尽管如此，预计截至2024年12月31日，本集团的货币资金将较2023年末增加约9亿元，净资产也将显著改善，预期在9.7亿元至12.1亿元之间。
