智通财经APP讯，中国三江化工(02198)发布公告，本公司的间接全资附属公司三江化工拟与海洋之金订立租赁协议1，海洋之金已同意出租船舶1予三江化工，自船舶1交付日期起计为期180个月，以承载租赁协议1项下所述的液化气体。
三江化工拟与海洋之潮订立租赁协议2，海洋之潮已同意出租船舶2予三江化工，自船舶2交付日期起计为期180个月，以承载租赁协议2项下所述的液化气体。
董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为，租赁协议将确保交付及运输液化气体，即本集团生产化学品的关键原材料乙烯、乙烷、丙烷及丁烷，尤其是乙烷。由于乙烷的全球出口乃主要自美利坚合众国通过海运运出，而中国对乙烷的需求日益增加，加上乙烷仅可由特别设计的船舶运送，故租赁船舶1及船舶2有助本集团确保稳定运输途径，亦减少乙烷的运输成本(为厘定乙烷价格的重大组成部分)约33%。此外，鉴于租赁协议的年期均为180个月，董事(包括独立非执行董事)相信这将有助于稳定有关液化气体对本集团的供应。
