　　中国新城镇（01278）发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止的12个月，集团预计取得净利润约为人民币5600万元而截至2023年12月31日止的12个月净利润约为人民币15126万元。

　　公告称，2024年度净利润下降主要因为：武汉投资物业的公允价值减少2000万元；合营公司北京国万公司存货发生减值，公司确认投资损失1300万元；2024年度金融资产减值转回100万元，而2023年度金融资产减值转回4500万元。
