金吾财讯 | 远东宏信(03360)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩。期内，公司普通股权益持有人应占年内溢利38.62亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少37.63%；每股基本收益0.92元，去年同期为1.47元。拟派末期股息每股0.30港元。期内，集团收入总额377.49亿元，同比减少0.55%。其中，金融及咨询分部收入(未计税金及附加前)217.06亿元，占收入总额(未计税金及附加前)的比例为57.29%。其中普惠金融业务贡献利息收入15.72亿元(2023年：10.42亿元)，占收入总额的比例为4.16%(2023年：2.74%)。咨询服务收入下降41.59%，主要系外部经营环境变化后，公司持续优化服务结构以适应客户需求的主动调整。产业运营分部收入持续增长，宏信建发和宏信健康等产业运营板块共实现收入161.81亿元，较上年增长9.78%。其中宏信建发实现收入115.81亿元，较上年增长20.50%；宏信健康实现收入40.93亿元，较上年下降3.43%。
