智通财经APP讯，理文化工(00746)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入总额39.51亿港元，同比减少2.46%;年内溢利4.82亿港元，同比增加20.37%;每股基本盈利58.5港仙。
于回顾年内，毛利约为11.64亿港元，较去年上升1.02亿港元。毛利上升仰赖原材料价格及能源成本回落。
化工业务方面，本回顾年内集团产品的每吨平均销售价(含增值税，下同)与去年同期比较，甲烷氯化物(二氯甲烷和三氯甲烷)分别为约人民币2850元及人民币2640元，上升约4%及7%;烧碱约人民币940元，与去年相约;聚四氟乙烯约人民币44960元，下跌约5%;过氧化氢约人民币860元，下跌约16%。主要产品的实际生产量(包含自用)为：甲烷氯化物约40万吨，折百烧碱约59万吨，聚四氟乙烯约9000吨及过氧化氢约41万吨。
物业业务方面，于回顾年内，集团再售出17个“昕悦溪”的住宅单位，从物业业务取得营业额约2900万港元。于年末，“昕悦溪”合共已售出逾九成住宅单位，未售住宅单位为11个。
