智通财经APP讯，加幂科技(08198)发布公告，配售协议(经本公司与配售代理于2025年2月28日订立的补充协议(补充协议)补充)所载的所有先决条件已获达成，并于2025年3月6日完成。根据配售协议(经补充协议补充)的条款及条件，合共1.097亿股配售股份(占本公司经紧随完成后配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股本约16.7%)已按配售价每股配售股份0.305港元配发及发行予不少于六名独立承配人。
