金吾财讯 | 宏信建发(09930)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度，母公司拥有人应占溢利8.96亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少6.87%；每股收益0.28元。拟派末期股息每股0.045港元。期内，集团收入115.81亿元，同比增长20.50%；毛利37.75亿元，同比增长0.35%；毛利率32.6%，同比减少6.5个百分点。公告指，集团收入及盈利能力主要基于稳步扩张的海内外客户群、持续优化的资产结构、工程承接能力以及本集团设备管理规模的不断扩大。按业务分部划分，期内，经营租赁服务收入46.21亿元，同比减少10.1%，主要系受到高空作业平台、新型模架系统等产品线的中国大陆市场价格调整所影响，以及新型支护系统产品线在年内更多地以工程技术服务形式交付客户，导致新型支护系统所产生的经营租赁服务收入有所减少。期内，工程技术服务37.51亿元，同比增长26.5%。由于近年来本集团不断提升工程技术服务能力，可直接向工程总包类客户提供定制化施工解决方案，减少材料租赁占比，同时随着宏信建发技术实力和市场口碑的提升，年内新型支护系统和新型模架系统的订单签约金额均同比显着提升。另外，资产管理及其他服务收入32.09亿元，同比增长113.0%。
