　　本次数据对比包括企业有效投诉量、投诉回复率。

　　对比企业包括：同程旅行、携程旅行、去哪儿网、智行、飞猪。

　　其中同程旅行与飞猪的投诉回复率为100%、智行的回复率为99.94%、携程旅行的回复率为98.55%、相较而言去哪儿网的回复率偏低，仅为81.79%。
