　　3月5日消息，港股芯片股午后持续大涨，华虹半导体涨超8%，中芯国际涨超6%，贝克微涨超5%。

　　消息面上，近日，中国工程院院士倪光南在2025玄铁RISC-V生态大会上表示，RISC-V作为开源、开放的硬件架构，正成为全球芯片产业变革的新引擎。而据券商中国报道，市场有传闻称，中国计划首次发布指导意见，鼓励在全国范围内使用开源RISC-V芯片。

　　此外，当地时间4日，美国总统特朗普在国会联席会议演讲中表示，美国应该废除芯片法案。他还表示，不会向芯片制造商提供任何来自该芯片法案的资金。
