执行董事邱斌已获委任为主席及上市规则授权代表，以接替暂停职务的向心。邱斌亦已获委任为提名委员会联席主席;
独立非执行董事曹家荣已获委任为提名委员会副主席;
陈晓栋已获委任为执行董事兼联席副主席;
李宗达已获委任为非执行董事兼联席副主席;
周德银及杨琼已获委任为独立非执行董事;及
向展伟及张锦辉已获委任为联席行政总裁。
