公告称，营业收入同比减少主要受客户构成、客户外包策略变化、手机 EMS/OEM行业竞争激烈、低利润率业务终止以及宏观经济环境不确定性等关键因素影响。由于部分客户调整其外包策略及竞争加剧，除一家主要客户的销售维持平稳外，该集团对其他主要客户的销售于本期间有所下降。尽管营业收入下降，该集团持续专注于扩展非手机业务、提高客户渗透率、招聘人才、推广ESG、丰富客户群、优化客户组合、实施成本优化和削减成本措施并管理潜在风险，以有效应对充满挑战的营商环境。由于营运效率提升及高效的执行力，净亏损情况有所改善。
