【光线传媒：购买资产金额12.2亿元】金十数据3月7日讯，光线传媒公告，公司与光曜致新、北京翰合签署了买卖协议，交易金额为12.2亿元。交易完成后，光线传媒将取得北京棫霖100%的股权及其上的全部权利和利益，北京棫霖将成为光线传媒持股100%的子公司。北京棫霖为位于北京市朝阳区北苑路158号-1至5层101、推广名为北京奥林NEO大楼的房地产物业的登记所有权人，光线传媒将持有上述房产并作为办公场所使用。
